Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Digital Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on Online Sales
  • Extensive knowledge of the E-Commerce reseller and marketplace industry, particularly within the consumer market
  • Demonstrated strong people management experience
  • Experience collaborating effectively with marketing teams to achieve traffic and revenue goals
  • Previous experience working in international companies
  • In-depth understanding of E-Commerce sales, digital marketing landscapes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in data-driven digital marketing programs
  • Ability to effectively manage marketing agency partners
  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless interaction with both Japan local teams and global Logitech teams (including Global Amazon, Marketplace, Direct Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to deliver committed numbers quarterly
  • Exceptional leadership skills to align and motivate team members towards common goals
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and optimize future plans
  • Strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to managing the business

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Japan online business strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets, identify new market opportunities, and expand our footprint
  • Account Management & Sales: Formulate and execute online account strategies, growth plans, and key initiatives to drive sell-out and maximize profitability across all online channels
  • Business Performance: Own the timely execution of the online business strategy, deliver accurate forecasts and revenue reports, and consistently achieve revenue growth targets and financial metrics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with global HQ/AP strategies, collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team for demand forecasting, and partner with marketing teams and agencies to optimize shopper conversion through data-driven insights
  • Market Optimization: Continuously analyze market trends, identify white spaces for growth, and maintain best practices in digital reseller marketing to enhance our online presence and performance
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
