The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding journey, focusing on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients and employees. Responsibilities also include continuously seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding process, managing and maintaining employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality, and addressing employee queries throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
