Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience or degree in Accounting (preferred)
  • Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience in the payments industry (preferred)
  • Familiar with credit card operations knowledge
  • Good at MS Office such as Excel and Word
  • Good writing and reading in English to handle dispute cases
  • Learns to use professional concepts
  • Works on problems of limited scope and follows standard practices and procedures
  • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
  • Advanced ability to be an effective problem solver and act quickly to resolve issues
  • Effective listener and communicator, able to be a reliable strategic partner to Sales Department members
  • Builds stable working relationships internally

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily work operations including merchant payment and settlement clearing reconciliation process, accounting process, merchant invoice, dispute support, sales slips manual processing, and sales inquiry support
  • Achieve “Service Level Standard” (SLS) with customers and internal cross departments
  • Perform daily operational work efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare monthly MI report to the team leader
  • Fulfill internal & external customer satisfaction with sustained service quality
  • Communicate and coordinate transactional flows with internal departments
  • Coordinate with external parties such as outsourcing vendors, agent banks, utility companies
  • Support resolution of daily operational related problems
  • Escalate any incidents to team leader if found
  • Become familiar with internal systems, organization tools, methodologies
  • Learn daily operations work, daily and monthly reporting processes, procedures, and tools from more experienced peers
  • Learn the company's products and operations team mainly services and processes
  • Manage assigned tasks
