Responsibilities

Manage and elevate daily operations for Roboflow’s New York City Hub — facilities, vendors, supplies, space design, and culture
Plan and host hub events and local team gatherings
Partner with People Ops on onboarding logistics, anniversary gifts, and visitor coordination
Act as the point of contact for building management, service providers, and vendors
Support broader operational projects (office buildouts, insurance renewals, procurement, inventory)
Contribute to Roboflow’s Hub Playbook as we expand into new cities and countries
Help build an office environment that reflects our values: Default to Open, Ship Fast, and Be Full-Stack
Own the setup, operations, and day-to-day rhythm of the space
Partner closely with People and Operations teams to shape hub scaling
