Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked space
Take ownership of lunch orders, grocery restocks, and office supply management
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and vendor communications
Own inventory and ordering of US team swag and baby onesies
Partner with the onsite team to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
Co-chair Montreal Social Club—creating and organizing fun, engaging events
Provide onsite support for special team weeks and other departments as necessary
Provide support to other departments and remote offices as needed
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics—welcome desk setup, NDA coordination, access, and more
Manage visitor check-ins, desk assignments, and workspace access needs
Ensure the working space feels personal, professional, and aligned with company culture
