Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked space
  • Take ownership of lunch orders, grocery restocks, and office supply management
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and vendor communications
  • Own inventory and ordering of US team swag and baby onesies
  • Partner with the onsite team to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Co-chair Montreal Social Club—creating and organizing fun, engaging events
  • Provide onsite support for special team weeks and other departments as necessary
  • Provide support to other departments and remote offices as needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics—welcome desk setup, NDA coordination, access, and more
  • Manage visitor check-ins, desk assignments, and workspace access needs
  • Ensure the working space feels personal, professional, and aligned with company culture
