Responsibilities

Greeting and registering visitors, representing Acronis in a professional and friendly manner
Organizing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and snacks
Receiving and coordinating deliveries in and out of the office
Assisting with on-site events, lunches, and team gatherings
Ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are tidy, clean, and well-prepared
Serving as a trusted point of contact for employees in the office
