Responsibilities

Key duties include creating flat files from extracted data, reviewing and validating OCR outputs for accuracy and completeness, and troubleshooting data extraction issues. The role involves conducting testing and quality assurance, maintaining detailed documentation of processes, and collaborating with teams for seamless data processing. The assistant will stay updated on Abbyy software features to enhance efficiency and support regulatory compliance by adhering to state requirements for unemployment forms, ultimately processing and delivering assigned document batches.
