Requirements

Candidates should possess a university degree in Business Economics or a similar field, ideally with a focus on accounting, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or OTC-related roles. They must demonstrate strong expertise in SAP and MS Excel, with an intermediate to higher level proficiency, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-cultural collaboration. A proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical mindset, along with experience in process documentation and improvement initiatives, is also required. Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher is necessary, and experience with process efficiency is valued.

Responsibilities

The O2C Subject Matter Expert will act as a subject matter expert in the OTC process, providing specialized consultation to SSC teams, management, and stakeholders, and evaluating operational needs to recommend performance-improving solutions. They will serve as a single point of contact for OTC process-related issues, build and maintain a knowledge base, document process changes, and contribute to internal capability-building activities through training and documentation. The role also encompasses processing incoming payments, maintaining customer data, creating sales invoices, supporting credit management, analyzing customer issues, driving continuous improvement, and participating in SSC-wide projects. Finally, the expert will deliver internal trainings on the OTC process and tools, and support problem-solving efforts.
