Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care at CVS Health

The position is full-time, 30-35 hours per week, in Ledgewood, NJ area locations.

Providers enjoy autonomy to run their own practice with collaborator support, flexibility with scheduling, work-life balance, exceptional tools and training, evidence-based guidelines, and no taking work home as charting is completed during the shift.

You will provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, disposition planning, and administrative duties like opening/closing the clinic.
