Requirements

Previous experience in employee engagement, client support, or a healthcare-related environment
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally (HIPAA compliance)
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages
Availability to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00 to 01h00 South African time, subject to change)

Responsibilities

Extract and analyse data from Coach Up Care to monitor clinician engagement, identify high-risk or flight-risk nurses, and send reports to relevant team members
Conduct regular check-ins with nurses, capturing feedback and documenting engagement
Record all interactions and relevant information in QuickBase
Execute outreach tasks and targets assigned by the team lead
