Requirements

  • Education in Medical and Health-Related Fields with Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Educator / Case Manager / Clinical Nurse
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach
  • Basic PC literacy skills, including Word and Excel
  • Preferred: Experience as a nurse educator

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project explanations/briefings and enroll cases, ensuring compliance with documentation standards/protocols
  • Provide health education regarding diseases and medications
  • Conduct pre-visit assessments and report findings to healthcare professionals
  • Report adverse events according to established guidelines
  • Perform case management, follow up on appointments, and organize/maintain data effectively
  • Submit service reports in compliance with regulations/requirements
  • Assist/support in organizing patient association meetings as needed/required by project
