Responsibilities

Assist in project explanations/briefings and enroll cases, ensuring compliance with documentation standards/protocols
Provide health education regarding diseases and medications
Conduct pre-visit assessments and report findings to healthcare professionals
Report adverse events according to established guidelines
Perform case management, follow up on appointments, and organize/maintain data effectively
Submit service reports in compliance with regulations/requirements
Assist/support in organizing patient association meetings as needed/required by project
