Expertise in overseeing Accounting, Tax, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Procurement, and Strategic Initiatives (joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures) for nuclear development business
Ability to establish, implement, and maintain financial plans and policies, including fiscal controls, preparation and interpretation of financial reports, and safeguarding of assets
Capability to coordinate with corporate AEP functions and manage Investor Relations if/when the business has investors other than AEP
Skills in establishing and maintaining good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities
Proficiency in assisting with long-range planning and advising management on financial affairs
Suitability for sedentary work (exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, sitting most of the time with occasional walking/standing)
