Requirements

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with multiple database system technologies including Oracle and Postgres, and a minimum of 16 years of combined work history and education, equating to a Doctorate and 8 years of experience or a Masters and 10 years of experience. A TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is also required.

Responsibilities

The NMS Database Manager/Administrator will be responsible for database design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as the operation and setup of database systems in support of the Network Management System, executing database projects, coordinating production support, ensuring projects are completed on time and to user satisfaction, and interfacing with users to determine project scope. They will also troubleshoot computer equipment problems, perform minor preventive maintenance, work on complex projects independently, and have experience with data integration using ETL tools, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and contribute to modernizing security enclaves with thousands of devices.
