Requirements

Candidates must be able to read and communicate in the English language, be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees, and be able to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift is required. Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work, is preferred. Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment and operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Night Warehouse Selector will safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy, perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack, validate product selection, efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area, shrink wrap palletized orders, clear aisles of debris, and return pallet jacks to charging area.
