Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects
3+ years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)
Basic low-voltage experience
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
Knowledge of construction safety requirements
Ability to read and interpret plans
Strong safety consciousness
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Installation of electrical systems, while leading a team of electricians and apprentices
Communicating with superintendent regarding daily goals and assignments
Ensuring materials are readily available and organized
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, performing tasks according to OSHA and company standards
Effectively communicating task status with the superintendent
Leading a team of electricians and apprentices to maintain the project schedule
Leveraging technology to enhance communication and efficiency
Ensuring personal and team use of work tools adheres to safety regulations
Reading and interpreting conduit drawings and blueprints, installing accordingly
Representing 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner
Ensuring efficient team performance, implementing suggestions to improve job productivity
Completing and submitting required paperwork efficiently and accurately
