Ability to use digital and balance scales
Ability to write and follow a donut production guide
Strong shoulder and back necessary for lifting, pushing, pulling heavy bowls and cabinets with dough
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
Constant bending, stretching, and good eye/hand coordination
Flexible schedule with holidays and weekends required

Responsibilities

Production of donuts, including mixing cake donut and yeast donut mixes
Sheeting the dough, cutting, and proofing the donuts
Quality control
Checking weight and size of raw donuts
Follow safe, sanitary food handling policy to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses
Cleaning of entire work areas, including bending, scraping, pushing, and pulling to wash equipment
Repetitive arm motion for scraping and wiping lines and tables
Occasionally help in donut frying, finishing, or other production areas
Works under close supervision
Repetitive work that is clearly defined, manual jobs
Impacts own work
