Requirements

Minimum 7.5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, Network Architecture and Design, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution, Network Infrastructures
Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations, Cloud Network Operations
Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures
Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and services
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Design, implement, and support enterprise-level network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP
Manage and support Cisco routers and Catalyst switches, including STP, Trunking, EtherChannel, and IOS configurations
Administer and maintain F5 Big-IP ADCs (LTM, GTM) – both physical and virtual appliances
Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (M200/M600), including PAN-OS installation and administration
Deep involvement in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS environments
Ensure high availability using protocols like HSRP and VRRP
Design and manage AWS networking components including VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and Route 53
Good understanding of Software Defined Network (LAN/WAN)
Certifications: CCNA & CCNP (mandatory), PCNSA or PCNSE, AWS networking

Responsibilities

Configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance
Manage back office system data records
Support customer activations and configuration adjustments
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Monitor network performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
