Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols including Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with firewalls, security policies, and access controls
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls
Assist in moving existing on-premises network systems to cloud-based platforms
Monitor network performance and swiftly resolve network problems to ensure system availability, reliability and minimise downtime
Proactively initiate network infrastructure enhancement
Collaborate with local and global IT teams to develop and implement network solutions including Cloud
Apply industry best practices to ensure optimal network performance and security
Ensure network security and compliance with company policies and standards
Maintain accurate records of network configurations, updates, and procedures
Provide technical support and staff training as needed
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required
