As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you’ll be a key player in building and maintaining a highly reliable, scalable, and cloud-native infrastructure that supports our applications running on Kubernetes across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). You’ll bridge the gap between development, operations, and SRE, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Understanding of security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Optimize cluster performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement robust security practices.
• Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure components (load balancers, networking, storage, etc.).
• Leverage IaC with Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Embrace GitOps principles using ArgoCD.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents swiftly and apply SRE principles.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline workflows.
• Partner closely with development teams to provide guidance and enable smooth application deployment.
• Implement and maintain stringent security measures.
• Analyze resource usage and implement optimization strategies.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production issue resolution.
