Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of its architecture and operational aspects. They should also have experience designing, deploying, and operating Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Furthermore, experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform is essential, alongside familiarity with GitOps principles and ArgoCD.
The Network Operations Support Engineer will design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, optimizing cluster performance and ensuring high availability while implementing robust security practices. They will build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure components, leverage IaC to automate infrastructure management, embrace GitOps for automated deployments, establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems, troubleshoot incidents, and develop automation scripts to streamline workflows. Additionally, they will partner closely with development teams, implement security measures, analyze resource usage, and participate in an on-call rotation to resolve production issues promptly.
