Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or 3-year relevant telecommunications work experience
  • +2-year telecommunications experience & Financial Analysis
  • Knowledge of LERG, State & Federal Access Tariffs, Interconnection Agreements & Direct Peering Agreements, Carrier Access Billing Systems (CABS) & Telecommunication Vendor Invoice Management Best Practices
  • Advanced Excel skills required for basic functionalities of the role
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable/billing processes
  • Basic SQL skills and problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Ensure receipt and timely payments of monthly global network cost invoices
  • Reporting including spend by LEC/Carrier, Outstanding Disputes and resolutions by LEC/Carrier, outstanding vendor requests
  • Manage the Global CABS billing processes and reporting for Bandwidth vendors across global markets
  • Invoice Cost Management: Invoice setup, account coding, billing validation, and dispute management
  • Analytics as needed to support the above responsibilities
  • Communicate open disputes with vendors and follow-up regularly to ensure resolution
  • Treat the New BANs received from Global Bandwidth vendors in TEOCO and validate billing requirements
