Responsibilities

Process and organize a high volume of reports
Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports, invoicing, and quotes
Produce detailed written reports on findings and recommendations and forward to customers
Maintain and update customer database for each local branch
Use web-based technology to obtain field service technicians’ data
Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements
Follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails when required
Provide operational support to local branches as it pertains to the role
Other administrative duties as required by the team
