This role is a critical, core team member within the UK, Ireland, and Nordic Healthcare Systems and Technologies division. The primary responsibility is to manage the daily tactical and operational activities of the Safe Patient Handling sales team, driving the development and implementation of strategies to achieve objectives and targets. The team includes direct sales managers and distributor managers. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position focuses on achieving sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generating new business. The Manager will lead the team, ensuring they have the necessary support to excel in the sales process.
