  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oboru HR, ekonomiky nebo účetnictví, případně odpovídající praxi a chuť se v této oblasti dál rozvíjet
  • Orientace ve mzdové a pracovněprávní legislativě
  • Znalost základních principů finančního účetnictví (znalost finančního účetnictví výhodou)
  • Pečlivost, samostatnost a hlídání termínů
  • Schopnost přizpůsobit se změnám a zachovat klid i v náročnějším období
  • Angličtina alespoň na základní úrovni
  • Nebojíte se technologií, práce v různých systémech a řešení méně přehledných situací
  • Znalost mzdového systému Datacentrum a ekonomického systému SAP je výhodou
  • Znalost docházkového systému PowerKey a Saitech je výhodou

Responsibilities

  • Kompletní zpracování mezd od docházky po finální výplatu (včetně směnného provozu) ve spolupráci s ještě jednou kolegyní
  • Samostatné vedení svěřené části agendy
  • Spolupráce s HR a finančním oddělením
  • Podílení se na finančním a daňovém auditu
  • Příprava reportů pro finanční controlling a vedení společnosti
  • Každodenní komunikace s kolegy z různých poboček
  • Účast na projektech a zlepšování mzdových procesů
