Required are a university degree in HR, economics or accounting (or equivalent experience), knowledge of payroll and labor law legislation, understanding of basic financial accounting principles, attention to detail, independence, ability to meet deadlines, adaptability, basic English, and comfort with various IT systems.
The role is in the HR team, collaborating with one other colleague on payroll processing, as well as with HR and finance departments, and communicating daily with colleagues from various branches.
The position suits both experienced payroll accountants and those with less experience who want to learn and grow professionally, with contributions to education, projects, process improvements, and an international company environment.
