Familiarity with asset classes and institutional investment strategies across equity, fixed income and alternatives (including private markets) alongside an understanding of multi-asset asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk and performance measurement

Responsibilities
Be accountable for, own, and support the creation and delivery of customized investment solutions to current and prospective OCIO clients, including work on strategic asset allocations, portfolio construction, manager blending, and private markets allocations for clients and prospects
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the full suite of solutions offered by BlackRock and third-party managers across public and private markets
Engage with internal teams throughout BlackRock to address investment and reporting challenges
Lead projects (client and research) and sections of client meetings as well as partner with more senior and more junior team members on the planning and execution of client materials
Play a prominent role in RFPs and pitch materials to contribute to business growth
Contribute to product design as well as the improvement of existing product offerings and servicing
Understand and contextualize the broader themes, trends, and competitive landscape for U.S. endowment, foundation, family office, and healthcare systems and the broader OCIO market
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, the FOFEH team, and key partner teams
Work with our New York, San Francisco, and Gurgaon based team members to grow and scale the business and optimally service clients
