This is not a remote position; it requires being outdoors in winter conditions for 6 plus hours daily at the Stratton resort, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates must have successfully completed the 2025/2026 TIPS or CAP program at Stratton, be at least 14 years old, possess skiing or snowboarding skills, superior customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.
