  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain, sales or sales operations, and/or fulfillment operations in FMCG or retail industry
  • Capabilities in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively, and cross-functionally to ensure a thorough understanding of business plans, consumer needs, and a competitive landscape
  • Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity with balancing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Problem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and facts
  • Experience with SAP and Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
  • Fluency in English & Korean with multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the orderbook health and integrity for Nike’s key partners by providing premium order management services that are in line with APLA’s services strategies
  • Direct communication with partners and play an active role in identifying complex topics and utilizing operational knowledge and skills to navigate solutions on behalf of key partners on the end-to-end operation flow
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to improve Nike key partners’ inventory productivity through a healthy order management
  • Help partners’ businesses grow with qualified services
