Requirements

Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent through experience
Multiple years of relevant work experience in the software engineering industry with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position
Functional/technical experience with .NET application development technologies and tools such as: .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.Net, HTML5-Bootstrap, JQuery and Javascript, SQL Server, WCF, Entity framework, etc
Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies such as: OAUTH, OWASP Security and DevOps, as well as API knowledge (OpenApi, SOAP) and any other UI Frameworks (Angular, Blazor)
Knowledge of JIRA is a plus
Ability to implement user-friendly product functionality, with an eye for design, performance, and overall user experience, taking advantage of solid Java development knowledge
Focus on code quality (reuse, adhere to standards, etc.)
Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
Ability to establish and document the impact and risks of code changes and new code implementations
Fluent in Dutch (oral and written) and English

Responsibilities

Delivering assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of an application development project, including installing new systems applications, updating applications, performing configuration and testing activities, and applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program
Working under supervision from the Technical lead/Project Manager or a Senior Developer to accomplish assigned tasks
Contributing to design for specific deliverables and assisting in the development of technical solutions
Performing design, development, and testing
Helping maintain a rigorous software build and testing framework for continuous building and testing the developed software and keeping track of failed builds or build issues
Preparing software technical documentation based on functional documentation and specifications, taking into account any specified functional and technical requirements
Participating as part of a team and maintaining good relationships with team members and customers
Working within an international environment, using a broad set of technologies and frameworks
