Supervisory or management experience
Expert level of technical skiing skill
Thorough knowledge of the Deer Valley Resort - including on-mountain services, ski trails, and lifts
Knowledge of historical and local offerings in Park City and the surrounding community
Appropriate physical condition: able to ski up to 8 hours a day and lift 35 lbs
Experience with Microsoft Office platforms (specifically Word, Excel, and Forms)

Responsibilities

Continually evaluate the Mountain Host offerings and provide thoughtful improvements using the Three Circle Model as a guide
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating mountain host staff
Assist in scheduling guest tours in the winter
Other duties as assigned
