  • At least one year of claims experience in the insurance industry
  • Sound knowledge of claims processes, particularly experience with motor or motorcycle insurance products (highly desired)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of insurance claims
  • Manage all claims and negotiations across the Motor portfolio
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding coverage, claim lodging, and claim information
  • Report and escalate risk and compliance related concerns, issues, and failures
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce/mitigate claims costs
  • Deliver general technical assistance and advice in regards applications to insurance law
