Requirements

  • Mortgage experience is a must
  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls & managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
  • Business to business sales experience (Desirable)
  • Mortgage industry experience (Desirable)
  • CeMAP qualified or equivalent (Desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
  • Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks covering mailboxes and the CRMP
  • Present a professional image of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey
  • Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company’s products and services, to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners
