Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related mortgage experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Mortgage license or ability to obtain in Tennessee
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Train builder sales professionals on Pulte Mortgage benefits, sell PMC value, overcome objections, and ensure effective use of customer inquiry tools, online application process, and post-application tracking
  • Recruit, on-board, train, and develop local PMC staff
  • Capture every possible loan application for Pulte Mortgage at point of sale
  • Actively participate in homebuyer and realtor events (e.g., grand openings) with the builder to generate community interest
  • Drive and achieve outstanding PMC buyer experience scores in coordination with local builder and PMC fulfillment teams
  • Achieve outstanding "close on time" percentages in coordination with PMC fulfillment center and local builder team
  • Attend all community and leadership meetings as a member of the division senior operating team
  • Partner with fulfillment center to manage division's PMC backlog integrity and communicate status and risk to division sales and management
  • Handle subdivision approvals
  • Provide detailed reporting on all aspects of branch operations
  • Maintain profit motive and manage branch financial performance
  • Attain required mortgage licenses
  • Manage assigned communities with direct customer interaction
  • Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs
  • Utilize recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent
  • Delegate work according to employee abilities and skills
  • Evaluate employee performance and plan compensation actions accordingly
  • Provide developmental opportunities through internal and external training
  • Create opportunities for employee growth
  • Provide continuous coaching on functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors)
