The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate composure under pressure, and possess strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
The Mobility Specialist will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance services, monitor products for compliance, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include establishing in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and satisfaction, analyzing and submitting visa/work permit applications, and staying updated on immigration law changes. The role involves managing case statuses, handling escalations, guiding stakeholders to resolutions, advising on travel needs and immigration processes, and applying immigration knowledge to complex client cases.
