Requirements
Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in designing and building AI applications for customers and deploying them into production, along with software engineering experience in creating secure, scalable, and performant applications for customers. Experience with Document extraction using AI, Conversational AI, Vision AI, NLP or Gen AI is required, and a strong understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or other deep learning techniques is preferred. Candidates should also have familiarity with Google Cloud or any other Cloud Platform and its machine learning services, and expertise in Python, Numpy, Pandas, and various ML libraries such as XGboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
Responsibilities
The ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing existing machine learning models by fine-tuning and personalizing them, evaluating machine learning models and performing necessary tuning, developing prompts that instruct LLM to generate relevant and accurate responses, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development. They will also conduct thorough analysis to evaluate LLM responses, iteratively modify prompts to improve LLM performance, build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines on GCP or any equivalent cloud platform, and conduct thorough analysis to evaluate LLM responses, iteratively modify prompts to improve LLM performance.
