Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Interest or experience in mixed animal practice (small and large animals)
  • Large animal experience ideal (new graduates eager to learn welcome)

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service medicine and surgery for small animals (pets), including laser surgery, therapy laser, dentistry, allergy testing, and reproductive services
  • Deliver care for large animals (livestock), including farm visits, herd health consultations, hoof care for cattle, reproductive services, and quick E.I.A. testing
  • Utilize in-house lab, digital radiology, and ultrasound equipment
  • Share large animal emergency calls on weekends (infrequent)
  • Work Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating half-day Saturdays
  • Participate in mentorship and professional growth activities
