Ability to create and maintain project schedules and ROMs
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to lead and supervise a crew (20+ laborers)

Ability to travel extensively, including extended periods out of state

Responsibilities

Maintain preparedness for dispatch and rapid deployment
Ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
Assist Logistics/Warehouse management in maintaining warehouse stock
Lead a crew of 20 or more laborers
Book and document travel arrangements
Communicate travel progress and ETA with management and customer representatives
Prepare Production Processes and daily assignment(s)
Obtain necessary supplies, tools, equipment, and PPE
Prepare paperwork and documentation for arrival of General Laborers
Project Labor Management – Ensure continuous supervision of labor crew
Present a neat and clean appearance according to company standards
Maintain open communication with the Project Director
Ensure strict adherence to company and industry standards
Train General Laborers in production, standards, and safety
Maintain safety standards, including the use of PPE
Conduct periodic crew meetings and daily job site safety meetings
Verify and approve work progress and completion
Manage day-to-day field operations
Work with the Project Director to create the ROM and project schedule
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate site-specific activities
Maintain a daily log
Communicate project conditions
