Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. Persons with a current U.S. DoD Top Secret-level clearance and possess a strong understanding of RF/sensing technology or hardware R&D experience. The role requires a motivated problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, who takes ownership and acts with urgency. The ability to travel 30-50% of the time is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Mission Development Lead will identify U.S. Government mission groups that can benefit from maritime sensing technology and build partnerships to drive software deployments. Responsibilities include scoping and implementing pilot engagements with partners, navigating partner bureaucracies, and developing roadmaps to expand successful pilots into larger, sustained capabilities. The role also involves enabling senior-level visibility on mission wins and creating shared roadmaps with partners for project expansion.
