The compensation range is $114,600.00 - $172,000.00, determined by factors like specific skills, years of experience, and other factors. You may be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Plan.
The role is based in sites in the Midwest Region including Hampshire IL, Northwood OH, and St. Cloud MN, with up to 25% travel required.
Candidates need at least 7 years of exempt-level Sysco Human Resources experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 7 years (10 preferred) of strategic HR leadership and management experience. Knowledge of applicable law is also required.
Responsibilities include partnering with regional leads to execute HR initiatives, talent development through training and coaching, overseeing performance management, handling grievances and investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and coordinating recruiting efforts.
