Responsibilities

  • Verify the adequacy of the internal control environment and corporate governance functions using the COSO-ERM framework to develop the business plan and comply with current regulations
  • Promote knowledge of corporate governance, risk culture, and internal control throughout the organization via publication of policies and procedures, dissemination of the Directorate's philosophy, and clear segregation of functions and responsibilities to foster a control environment
  • Contribute to area managers in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and managing risks affecting objectives (positively as opportunities and negatively as risks) through constant monitoring of limits and environment to mitigate risks via control establishment
