Responsibilities

  • Rentabilizar, crecer y blindar sus carteras, vinculando a los clientes a través de la correcta gestión de productos de valor: créditos, inversiones, seguros y palancas comerciales (portabilidad, colectivos, sinergia pyme, etc.)
  • Gestionar las carteras de captación asignadas de clientes Select (variaciones y vencimientos) con foco en la atracción de mayores volúmenes de captación (campañas de atracción de plazo, colectivos, portabilidad)
  • Planificar semanalmente las actividades para su gestión diaria de acuerdo a la definición de la sistemática comercial, asignando prioridad a los focos comerciales en los que se esté trabajando actualmente; contacto con sus clientes y prospectos cumpliendo con los ritmos comerciales establecidos por la institución asegurando el logro de los objetivos
  • Ejecución diaria de llamadas y visitas efectivas a prospectos y clientes actuales, asegurando el conocimiento de su cartera en un 80% a lo largo de 1 año, a través de la gestión de campañas, variaciones en inversiones, vencimiento de plazos y demás palancas comerciales
  • Brindar una atención diferenciada en sucursal a los clientes Select, ya sea por solicitud de productos o servicios, como también atención a las quejas y aclaraciones, considerando que su cartera tiene un mix de los clientes TOP Select de la sucursal más el Resto Select
  • Llenar correctamente todos los contratos de productos y servicios, principalmente las aperturas de cuentas y formatos de UPLD, como también adjuntar la documentación correspondiente del cliente antes de formalizarlo y entregar al Subdirector de Sucursal
  • Vincular y blindar la cartera de clientes asignada a través de la venta de productos y servicios especializados de acuerdo a la satisfacción de necesidades de los clientes empleando técnicas de venta apropiadas, siempre cuidando de la Excelencia en el Servicio
