Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering discipline (electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering)
  • Minimum 7 years relevant MES/MOM design & implementation, preferably with consultancy and hands-on experience (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, DELMIA Apriso)
  • Good understanding of automation, SCADA and PLC systems
  • Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing
  • Experience in system integration between MES, ERP, OT systems, preferably with APS and WMS (e.g., OPC, MQTT, API or middleware)
  • Experience in creating processes for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes
  • Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Workforce
  • Familiarity with digital twin, predictive maintenance or data analytics for manufacturing
  • Exposure to robotics integration or industrial automation networks (Profinet, Modbus, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles or shop floor optimization methodologies
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure project success on time and within budget
  • Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites
  • Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Master proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Master proficiency in Manufacturing Operations (recommended)
  • Expert proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform APRISO, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization, and Manufacturing Engineering MES (suggested)

Responsibilities

  • Deploy solutions that optimize functions related to the architecture, strategy, and integration of industrial robotic systems with ERP, MES, MOM, and Inventory Management platforms
  • Work with clients and customers on solutions that connect devices, machines, and traditional manufacturing infrastructure and platforms
  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance the integration of robotic systems within existing manufacturing frameworks
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on the latest advancements in manufacturing execution systems
  • Analyze data from robotic systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
