Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering discipline (electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial or production engineering)
Minimum 7 years relevant MES/MOM design & implementation, preferably with consultancy and hands-on experience (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, DELMIA Apriso)
Good understanding of automation, SCADA and PLC systems
Strong industry knowledge in either continuous or discrete manufacturing
Experience in system integration between MES, ERP, OT systems, preferably with APS and WMS (e.g., OPC, MQTT, API or middleware)
Experience in creating processes for workload automation, mainframe reports and reconciliation, including troubleshooting and analyzing workload automation processes
Experience in IoT Manufacturing, Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Workforce
Familiarity with digital twin, predictive maintenance or data analytics for manufacturing
Exposure to robotics integration or industrial automation networks (Profinet, Modbus, etc.)
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles or shop floor optimization methodologies
Experience in Design Thinking and Agile approaches with ability to ensure project success on time and within budget
Ability to work with shop floor people at client sites
Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Master proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Master proficiency in Manufacturing Operations (recommended)
Expert proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform APRISO, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization, and Manufacturing Engineering MES (suggested)

Responsibilities

Deploy solutions that optimize functions related to the architecture, strategy, and integration of industrial robotic systems with ERP, MES, MOM, and Inventory Management platforms
Work with clients and customers on solutions that connect devices, machines, and traditional manufacturing infrastructure and platforms
Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Develop innovative strategies to enhance the integration of robotic systems within existing manufacturing frameworks
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on the latest advancements in manufacturing execution systems
Analyze data from robotic systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
