Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the creative and merchandising calendars, tracking key milestones, delivery dates, and go-live schedules
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure creative deliverables align with merchandising and marketing priorities
  • Serve as the central source of truth for project status and timing across teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between Home Merchandising, Creative, and Digital teams
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and potential roadblocks
  • Facilitate alignment through meeting coordination, documentation, and clear communication
  • Partner with merchandising and digital teams to ensure product details and creative assets are ready for launch
  • Track and manage asset delivery and approvals to meet deadlines across channels
  • Ensure creative content aligns with brand storytelling and digital best practices
  • Support the creative team by organizing assets and ensuring deliverables meet merchandising needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve cross-functional workflows and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of creative files, assets, and project documentation
