Requirements

  • For MEP: 2-12 years experience in MEP-Interior Fitout; B.E/B.Tech in Civil & Electrical/Mechanical; Location: Bangalore (On-site)
  • For C&I: 2-12 years experience in Fitout; B.E/B.Tech in Civil-Arch; Location: Bangalore (On-site)
  • For EHS/Safety: 2+ years to 10 years experience; Diploma in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety; Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Responsibilities

  • MEP
  • Review and analyze all MEP drawing materials, schedules/programs of work, etc
  • Coordinate all electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site
  • Review shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with project requirements
  • Review submittals prior to submission to the consultant
  • Ensure civil obstructions are cleared for MEP contractors' activities
  • Engage with authorities at project start to ensure timely provision of temporary utilities (power and water) and disconnection at project closeout
  • Ensure harmonious working relationships between contractors and consultants, promoting open communication and teamwork
  • Coordinate between MEP and civil drawings at site; attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers
  • Conduct materials/work inspections with consultants
  • Monitor day-to-day work and plan entire work
  • Monitor work as per specifications and standards
  • Identify subcontractors and suppliers; collect questions and maintain close coordination
  • Raise IR, IIR for site MEP works for consultant approval or clarifications
  • Attend authority inspections as per project schedule; attend all testing & commissioning of MEP services
  • C&I
  • Coordinate with Architect and consultants for design development and site coordination
  • Manage all stakeholders and monitor work progress onsite
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with client and all stakeholders
  • Deliver projects as per clients' agreed timelines
  • Perform quality control at all stages of the project
  • Check installations as per approved checklists
  • Attend site walks for project handover to clients and rectify observed points
  • EHS/Safety
  • Conduct daily EHS audits and monthly safety performance reports as per company standards
  • Perform weekly EHS walks with Project Team & EHS meetings with Project management
  • Prepare minutes of meeting as per EHS guidelines & QST requirements for audit
  • Ensure site audit reports for External and IMS audits with Internal audit team
  • Conduct daily toolbox training and various EHS trainings (safety induction, Reverse training, Job specific training, BBS training, First aid training, incident accident awareness training)
  • Conduct periodic safety inspections on all sites
