Responsibilities

  • Operational and administrative support for the Management Board Member in current management of the Legal and Compliance Division
  • Organization and coordination of the Management Board Member's work (calendar management, organizing internal and external meetings, business trips)
  • Settlement of delegations and financial obligations
  • Handling correspondence (email, telephone, written)
  • Support in preparing and developing reports, presentations, documents, compiling materials for meetings, editing and formatting documents according to internal standards
  • Coordination and monitoring of progress on tasks delegated to employees and division projects
  • Ensuring smooth communication flow between the Management Board Member, the Division, and other Bank units
  • Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders, key business partners
  • Organization of workshops and integration events for management staff/Division
