Responsibilities

Operational and administrative support for the Management Board Member in current management of the Legal and Compliance Division
Organization and coordination of the Management Board Member's work (calendar management, organizing internal and external meetings, business trips)
Settlement of delegations and financial obligations
Handling correspondence (email, telephone, written)
Support in preparing and developing reports, presentations, documents, compiling materials for meetings, editing and formatting documents according to internal standards
Coordination and monitoring of progress on tasks delegated to employees and division projects
Ensuring smooth communication flow between the Management Board Member, the Division, and other Bank units
Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders, key business partners
Organization of workshops and integration events for management staff/Division
