5+ years of developing complex systems (Python preferred); open to exceptional candidates with fewer years and evidence of exceptional ability
First principles reasoner: Able to break complex concepts down to their fundamental elements and then build from there

Responsibilities

Designing and building the world that our AI systems interact with
Modeling interconnected systems
Developing coding abstractions
Designing/debating the trade-offs and constraints of a system
Setting the context and rules in which our AI agents operate
Modeling and explaining accounting to an agent
Defining what the agent needs to know about accounting at any given stage
Defining the constraints of navigating the accounting world
