Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, including parking lot cleanliness
  • Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members for delays, informing about unavailable products, offering alternatives, selecting/packaging products per policies, dispensing items, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases/payments using cash registers, locating/organizing merchandise, zoning areas, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, utilize cart retrieval equipment per policies
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity using Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities/deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, adapting to change/feedback
