Requirements

  • Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) required
  • Hospital or industry experience required
  • RN license required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both department staff and our own technicians where needed
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including up-to-date immunizations (Measles, Mumps & Rubella vaccine, Varicella vaccine, Negative TB Test, Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis vaccine, Hepatitis B vaccine, Influenza vaccine, COVID-19 vaccine primary series)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling and some lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for 3 weeks per month and 1 week off
  • Travel Requirement: Assignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week (not guaranteed). Travel nationally to support customer needs
  • Driving is considered a business requirement: Valid driver’s license, subject to driving record review, personal vehicle required for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home
  • Located within 1 hour of a major airport

Responsibilities

  • Navigate units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed
  • Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device
  • Collect devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with department nursing staff and field service technicians
  • Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments
  • Utilize previous hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure the device collections process does not interfere with the location’s activities
