Responsibilities

This includes scheduling transport requests based on patient needs and vehicle availability, ensuring compliance with medical transport regulations such as HIPAA and safety guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of transport activities. The role also involves monitoring trip progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, optimizing routes and scheduling for efficiency, assisting patients and caregivers with inquiries, and generating reports on transport activity and performance metrics.
