  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key external stakeholders
  • Be recognized as an innovative and value partner in improving quality of care for oncology patients
  • Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Oncology
  • Ensure all interactions and activities in Japan adhere to corporate compliance guidance/rules and industry code of conduct

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific/medical guidance to stakeholders in collaboration and close communication with the Japan Medical Affairs members, global/Asia Medical Affairs, and other key functions
  • Manage regular communication with Oncology KOLs and clinical trial investigators
  • Develop and execute medical activities, such as medical education, data generation, and patient-centric activities, in alignment with the Plan Of Action (POA) and strategic priorities
  • Attend major conferences and coordinate medical affairs activities (e.g., advisory board meetings) and present to external audiences
  • Manage projects to completion, anticipating obstacles and difficulties, and resolving them collaboratively
  • Provide answers to questions and additional data in response to issues that arise relative to commercial, scientific, or data needs
