Requirements

Candidates must possess a PharmD degree, a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, or a related doctoral degree, and have at least 7 years of experience in a medical affairs or related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of the Belgian and Dutch pharmaceutical markets, healthcare systems, and regulatory landscape is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Medical Science Liaison Manager will be responsible for effectively implementing and managing the Medical Science Liaison program within Belgium and the Netherlands, overseeing a team of field-based MSLs, ensuring compliance and quality of operations, and implementing strategic plans to optimize team performance. They will also manage personnel resources, develop and implement training programs, establish communication and partnerships with internal and external colleagues, and monitor and report on team performance metrics, while fostering the development and skills of their direct reports.
