Responsibilities

  • Provide high level of customer service to patients and clients
  • Pick up and deliver medical equipment in a hospital environment
  • Participate in team activities and problem-solving sessions as required
  • Communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate person
  • Report any faulty equipment or unusual conditions to the hiring manager
  • Follow processes and procedures as written
  • Document and/or chart data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback, and production scheduling
  • Train, teach, and assist other operators in their duties as required to ensure quality product and smooth flow
  • Ensure medical devices are functioning accurately
